By using Goodmorrow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms.
What Goodmorrow is
Goodmorrow is a sleep coaching application that reads your Oura ring data, finds patterns, and recommends CBT-I-informed habits to try. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Not medical advice
The information Goodmorrow provides is for educational and self-coaching purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your sleep, mental health, or any medical condition.
If you think you have a sleep disorder, please see a doctor or sleep specialist. If you are in mental health crisis, contact a crisis line or emergency services.
Your account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate sign-in information.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Not use the app on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- Not attempt to interfere with the service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your data
You retain ownership of your data. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service abusively. We will give reasonable notice except in egregious cases.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the app will improve your sleep, prevent sleep problems, or be free from errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post material changes to this URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.
